What I liked
Amahle found a quality tenant for our Fourways Gardens unit within 10 days of mandate. Proper TPN credit checks done. No payment issues in the first 6 months.
Problems
Communication between the rental and admin teams was occasionally fragmented. Had to follow up twice for the lease agreement.
Good to know
